And voila, I've finally completed this hand-embroidered badge for my own use! Even sewed a mini emblem and where to find me online as an embellished backing! Everything's hand stitched with cotton material, no glue used whatsoever. You can look forward to more news about these badges in just a bit!

This embroidery pattern I'm happy to have finished up actually comes from one of my old attempts at a tattoo flash! Years after the original, it motivates me just to see it work so nicely with the medium!

I can't believe I actually finished this piece before Artfight gets wrapped up for the year! Here it finally is: a custom and handmade embroidered patch for my buddy JoelBloop, of their Oc Bloops! He was too cute not to make something including him! This took basically the entire month to finish 😵

Dusted off the trusty ol' digital pen and made this revenge for @bereinmage.bsky.social! I'm grateful to have gotten some of the rust off of my wrist and get back to drawing again!

As I work on embroidery, I think about how much it represents a tangible, flexible side of art that AI still struggles to grasp. I made this piece in recognition of the fact that AI won't crush my self-expression; we can always adapt to the challenges that come from AI being hyped and misused.
