Or you fuck up the puzzle and waste time that way

Besides this shitshow only reason I'm gonna continue this and hopefully find some enjoyment is because it's at least doing a good job taking my mind of my car trouble and comcast throttling my internet stopping me from streaming this and Digimon.

Oh I'm not even done talking about this shit because in the hyperspace wild zones there is no clear way to get to the roofs. You *HAVE* to use the dumbass scaffolding puzzles which if you don't know your way around them could cost you time trying to find the one thing you're looking for

Yes, both DLCs for PLZA and Digimon came out earlier then I thought they would but at least Digimon is stretching it for more time and more content. It just shows the game with 8 years dev time is proving more time is better and it's something GF needs to learn, kind of like CoD devs right now

Like if I didn't have to waste resources and I wasn't put on such a tiny timer and I could pick up missions like in battle zones I think I would be a tiny bit forgiving but as it stands Digimon is kicking ass and it doesn't seem to be slowing down

The problem I have is you *have* to do the missions within these wild zones to get points to progress the story, once you're out of these missions there really isn't a point to staying in the wild zone you had to waste resources to get into in the first place

What makes this even more wasteful is there is no indication of this being continued outside of drip feeding Mega stones during the battle royal no one will care about in two months tops

Do we know if there is anything in this dlc after this? Like anything else a couple months from now or is it just a one and done type thing?

All in all it's just a great pick up and play beat em up style game that can be fun by yourself or with buds. It has cross play and couch play and I'm not gonna go finish some of these stage challenges.

9/10 Did I mention it's only 30$?

As much as I wish it was a stand alone X-Men game that paid more homage to TAS/97 that had more X-Men like Nightcrawler, Colossus, Cyclops, Psylocke, Rogue, Gambit, I could absolutely keep going lmao

The challenges unlock things in the Vault>Cosmic Matrix, such as corps files, character outfit color swaps, modifiers for Arcade mode, and music

Arcade mode is basically the main story but it's more of a gauntlet and modifiers let you make it easier or harder or much harder

The storymode is nice, has challenges for each stage, most are character specific but as you go into the stage the game will highlight the important characters for the story/challenges and each stage has two character specific and one stage challenge and one hidden treasure for you to find

The Sprite-work is on a whole other level. Every character and enemy look amazing. And the voice acting is top notch. Getting X-men 97 voices to Storm/Wolverine/Phoenix was certainly a cherry on top. The music is also nice but kind of unnoticeable in the craziness of enemies being smack around

After playing Shredder's Revenge and hearing about this I knew this was going to be great and the only thing I see wrong is the roster. No Thor or Hulk is certainly a choice but who's Phyla-Vell? Why Beta Ray Bill? I'm sure DLC will happen and I'm fine with the roster despite this
