So the Senate Dems caved... Or did they? Both parties were in an untenable position with no end in sight. By hammering out a compromise, Dems did accomplish some key things:
1) Normalization of air traffic before the holidays
2) ALL fed workers get paid
3) SNAP fully funded
4) And most important:
