It would be a lot easier for we Canadians to deal with Trump if American institutions and businesses stopped caving to his ridiculous "demands" and feathering his nest.

Two possibilities: 1) Trump is lying about election realities and he knows he's lying. 2) His mind is so far gone, he legitimately believes what he's claiming despite the lack of any credible evidence.

And, watching from Canada, it astonishes me that almost the entire GOP legislative and leadership still support and defend someone who is clearly increasingly detached from reality.
