Tried the viral Chicken Caesar Salad Smash tacos tonight. To change them up a bit I used blue corn tortillas. Husband topped his w/ croutons. On the side a blueberry, raspberry, and green grape fruit salad with a rose balsamic and honey vinaigrette. We enjoyed every bite.

For dinner tonight I made Crepes. These were filled with Black Forest ham and Trader Joe's Gruyere and White Cheddar cheese and topped with a Dijon, Parmesan, and fresh thyme sauce. A simple tossed salad with a red wine vinegarette on the side. Delicious.

Mac followed his dad out to our side yard this morning unbeknownst to him. This is him coming to our front door as seen on our Ring camera. By the time I got the notification Mac had taken himself on a neighborhood walk. Fortunately he was found within 1/2 hr. Scary😰
