There is a growing trend of professional level riders without contracts finding a way to continue their careers in China and other parts of Asia.

There, they find good pay, competitive racing and for Danish sprinter Alexander Salby, a way to re-find joy in cycling.

Confirmation that both title sponsors, Arkea and B&B Hotels, will not be renewing contracts with the team run by Emmanuel Hubert next season.

Battle is very close for the top-30 UCI teams ranking, which brings with it eligibility for Grand Tours in 2026.

Euskaltel out of it, but Solutions Tech have jumped forward in June and are battling with Polti - presumably winner of that will race 2026 Giro.
