SERIOUS blocker that's preventing me from trying modern godot (4.x) seriously is the lack of web export for C#
yes I know this is a .NET upstream issue, but there's two reasons this is so important to me:
1. I love the .NET ecosystem and also I've taken a separate-engine based approach lately
