He can, cutoff for loop 2 is 26:40 (both funn and full) he has to finish Loop 3 before 36h mark however to continue for full run.
Loop 1 cutoff is 13:20
Loop 2 cutoff is 26:40
Loop 3 cutoff is 40:00 for the fun run or 36:00 if you want to continue
Loop 4 cutoff is 48:00
Loop 5 cutoff is 60:00
So the cutoffs change pace halfway through, but there is only one cutoff per loop except the third

Yes, however for loop 2 the full race cutoff hasn't passed yet. It's from Loop 3 onwards there's a 12h mark. Raised a ticket to update the website however 😅

A reminder now that I've put up the race clock on the sheet. Loop 2 cutoff is NOT 24 hours. (Although that would be the pace for the full 100 miles). Rather it's 26:40 since that's 2/3 of a 40h fun run. #bm100

Yes, in practice we'll probably see no-one on Loop 4 this year as it has the 36 hour mark to continue.
