Excel-formules, scripts in R, Python, SQL, power BI, .. maar uiteraard gaat dit voor vele ambtenaren een ver van mijn bed-verhaal worden. Opleiding en begeleiding zal cruciaal zijn om de vele toepassingen duidelijk te maken en ook de manier van werken te veranderen.
