That hasn’t happened and it won’t happen, so now society will be *forced* to comply in a blizzard of squillionaire litigation.

Why don’t the government act against this? Because their entire philosophy is based on giving our horrific press what they want and siding with powerful, wealthy people to stomp upon troublemakers. Their strategy on culture war matters was always total capitulation and cooperation across the board.
