seriously, i've been looking into computer parts and a good amount of the parts are like "XX EPIC RGB GAMER 69000 XX" and it… irks me. it's not my aesthetic. it's too bright. and flashy.
and besides, if i really want silly lighting i have lightbulbs for that—

tonight on #baking… *checks notes* "Japanese-Style Soufflé Cheesecake… known also as jiggly cake…"
was looking at recipes, wondering what kind of cheesecake ena prosekai would like, but then i saw the words "jiggly cake". so i had to make this one.
didn't have a round pan, but the square pan worked.
A square jiggly cake. Golden brown and shiny on the top (because of the glaze), with pale sides. A slice of the jiggly cake.
