Visiting an alpine ice cave - the mass of ice just a few years ago was level with the top of the spiral staircase. Will be gone altogether soon, even though the oldest layers are dated approx. 3000 years BP

#10_years_after: few #EU_Tempus projects have been able to sustain outcomes in the long run. Not only did #GE-UZ successfully implement an MSc in Geoinformatics (also) at the National University of Uzbekistan, but top students now are offered a double degree option with the University of Salzburg 🎓
