so ive actually had it at least 5 times and did in fact develop an allergy directly after at least one time & the first time is what made my legume allergy go from mild to severe 😭

so ive been vegan for almost a year now, but my body is notorious for developing allergies. I just had an allergy panel so while I think this probably isnt what happened, now im gonna look for this when I get my results LMAO😭
