"I am changing my profile picture to dark in honor of my colleagues murdered in Gaza. We, as journalists, cannot and will not accept a world where killing reporters goes unpunished. Those who silence truth with violence and murder must be held accountable. As foreign journalists, we demand unrestricted access to Gaza and stand firmly with our Gazan colleagues." This is an action we ask you to take as an individual, as a citizen, as a journalist, as someone who values truth and accountability, not as an employee or representative of any media outlet. This is a visible step. It shows that we are united and will not be intimidated. Weakness and silence are exactly what those who seek censorship want from us. We cannot give it to them.
