My current irrational thought is to bin off GvB and bring Stevie in as a coach just to walk about the place staring at anyone who falls below the standards.

They can both clear off. Salah has burnt his bridges now and I’m sick of the slow, boring and predictable football under Slot.

That makes no sense. We couldn’t replace Trent with the same profile because he’s a bit of a unicorn of a fullback. We signed a right back and now there are two right backs at the club, neither of them are fit, and neither can play 70 yard passes. Also, we needed strikers.

Rubbish. They gave it a half decent go at 1-1 but before that they were atrocious. Poorly coached.

More than they deserved. I thought we were so bad. The talent on that pitch and that’s all the manager can get out of them. Can’t see us getting anything at Leeds. And then it’s Inter and Brighton. Suddenly this easier run is becoming a nightmare.

You must have watched a different second half to me. The last 15 were more exciting but by and large I thought we were atrocious.

I do agree with the selection, but I think the trajectory has been towards this slower brand of football for about 9 months now. I think to a degree it’s by design. And my good it’s boring.

I agree, but it won’t fix the defence. Konate is a disaster and the contract offer should be withdrawn. Let him walk.
