Finally figured out what the issue was. You have to unlock your entire plot first and I hadn't bought all my writs until now. Now that I've unlocked the entire plot I'm able to move things out of bounds :)

I had no idea it was a black-owned platform, that's neat. I prefer StoryGraph as well, aside from being more accessible it also just looks and feels way better than GoodReads. GR has been needing an update for ages, but imo now it's too little too late now that many seem to be moving away from it. 🤷‍♀️
