Saw a fluff ball while walking the dog this afternoon. Got closer, and it moved. Turned out to be a lonely, scared baby raccoon. Called North Quabbin Regional Animal Control. They came, he seemed to be doing well.

Made overnight, cold-fermented dough from a King Arthur recipe. Put half in a cast iron pan. Put the other half in a 9x13. Made sauce. Put cheese on it. Cooked. Ate. Will repeat.
