I for one can't wait for the full experience of weird cable options at TJ Maxx checkouts. Lightning gets all the fun/insane ones and I'm looking forward to that shifting to USB-C.

This has always been the case for Nvidia features. 10 years ago you justified it with Physx support, after that it was Gsync and now we have DLSS.
I don't think any of them have actually been impactful enough to justify not just buying whatever card gives you the best performance at your budget
