This also taps into another thing of the show. I saw a lot of people complaining about Moshe's "sexist" comedy even though Crowd Control could really benefit from being a bit edgy. That's kind of the point of the red shirts. People see that, and other bits and assume the worst

The episode was edited REALLY poorly and basically all that was left of your parts were the flirting bits. Personally, I didn't get the sense of anyone being uncomfortable during the episode really, from what I saw anyways.
