If you consulted with a doctor I think you're probably fine the unfortunate reality is that most smart devices aren't the most accurate, a lot of studies have shown that moving your arms a lot makes them even more inaccurate

My apartment building is literally on the same grounds as a big ass fortress, and idk I get mostly sad when I see castles because so many of them are not properly restored. I'm still awed by them even though I commute next to them every day lol but it's also hell for any nearby infrastructure

I feel you! But keep in mind that daily steps aren't indicative of how active or healthy you are. I had avg 13k steps whilst I had my retail job, but I was sedentary outside of my job and hated everything. Now I average about 7k steps but I spend 30 mins a day working out and I'm happy actually 😜

Although I am noticing a trend of killing off older characters to make space for the younger ones. We lost Bobby 😭 last season but got Harry and May as mains, and now with Abuela gone 😭, does that mean we are going to get more Chris screentime? Maybe some much-needed Buckly-Diaz family shenanigans
