Thank you! I doubt I’ll get much smaller especially because I’m a very muscular person. However, I’m okay with that. I don’t want to be super skinny. I worked really hard to gain weight so I didn’t look sickly.

Also, loooots of protein. I’m an absolutely ravenous bitch, protein shakes and protein snacks are where it’s at and help me feel like I’m not starting to death (realistically I’m not, but protein keeps the hangry away.) I have recommendations on good protein shakes that taste like chocolate milk.

I have been doing bare minimum exercises. It’s been mostly caloric intake. I eat whatever I want, I just make sure whatever I eat for the day stays under a specific number so I stay at a deficit so I lose weight.
