Toss halved or small brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper. Throw in an uncovered hot pan. Brown the sprouts then turn down the heat and cover until they’re the tenderness you like, then turn back up the heat and pour some balsamic vinegar over them and cook it off then sweeten with honey.
