Alana, excuse my ignorance, but ‘vote no’ on what? Whenever I receive a proxy vote from a company, it’s never about environmental decisions. It’s always about electing a new board member or such. Am I missing something?
He can repeal it. However these companies have boards. And if their customers have a 401k plan you still have a vote.

I’m not so sure it has as much to do with first amendment rights as it does with confusion about city ordinances over where protest is allowed…apparently this is a case of ignoring a police order regarding blocking a roadway, which could mean a misdemeanor civil infraction. We will see.
