I was sitting around thinking (which in itself is bad) about how easily tRump has destroyed everything most of us hold dear, and a TV series starring Mary Elizabeth Winstead called “BrainDead” popped into my mind. It’s a comedy but it sure seems familiar to what’s happening to our government now. 😳

If our military are murdering civilians, we as a nation are in serious trouble. I was in marines from 1973-1979. We were taught to think on our feet. Improvise if necessary and overcome. We all knew right from wrong and the consequences. Our country is dangerously close of becoming a dictatorship

Demonstrations are not working. Calling our representatives is not working. Seal teams are some of our best military units. The requirements are high and the physical training is grueling. These men have the intelligence to know right from wrong and yet they murdered on hegseth command. Alarming 🤬🤬🤬

I am concerned about the degree of damage tRump has done to the presidency. If the next person who holds the office doesn’t put guard rails in place, the president will have far more power than our forefathers wanted. It will take an honest person with integrity and compassion for our country

I watched Death by Electrocution on Netflix. I liked it. I guess I never really thought about it, but it shows political corruption way back then. Garfield was against it and made steps to stop it. Actually now that I think about it, he did more in 4 months than tRump has done in 11 months.

I way watched MSNBC with Ari Melber last night. The topic was law and how the justice department no longer works for the people but for tRump. The SCOTUS the same. That we are just this tiny side of a dictatorship. All of these lower court judges are what stands in way.

When you don’t have one tyrant making all the decisions for one party, today’s betrayal is what happens. It’s a good thing really though the result was not good. We the democrats need a new leader who has courage, charisma, integrity and leadership ability to pull the party together. Horrible day 😢

I find myself feeling the same way after fuck face and the other fuck face won the 2024 presidential election. Dismayed, betrayed and angrily disappointed. At this very point in time I do not see a way out of this self inflicted crisis. Hope now is just something you say to ease the frustration
