I’ve got to say, as someone that has actually taught about AI, what Amazon did was amazingly shortsighted and stupid. Sadly, it’s where the industry is headed, so buckle up for more of this type of shenanigans.

Thank you #AmericanAirlines for not responding to any request from either Delta, myself, or even #PHL regarding the status of my suitcase and belongings.

Because #AmericanAirlines decided that they just hadn’t failed enough. They failed to transfer my luggage when I switched to a Delta flight in order to get back home.

Who has two thumbs and no suitcase? 👍 👍

Leave it to American Airlines to manage to replace a part on an aircraft l, not have the tool required to check that it’s functioning properly. 7 hours later and we’re still waiting.
