And a humongous thanks to @daffodyl.bsky.social for the cameo. It's one of the most thoughtful presents I've ever been given.

Ghostmemory needs little introduction, their Frutiger Themed Mallsoft album finally gets the physical treatment with a unique shadowbox design!

Lastly, I'd just like to thank Jess Harnell and whoever personally came up with the idea for that cute, weird, gross and funny dog thing. Watching him has helped me get through countless hardships through the years and I don't think that's gonna change anytime soon.

I wanna thank all the collaborating artists, anybody who believed in me/this project, all the friends made over the course of writing this and my partner for sticking with me through this journey. It was a tough year, but we made it!

Also at a more surface level, I really wanted to work on an Animaniacs fanart project with a few friends. I'm a fan of (healthy) fandom culture and I wanted to finally something that could lean into and embrace that! Especially since the old web was filled with it.

Don't get lost in a cold and serious image or aesthetic. You're just as important as the art you make. And if it seems like nobody else has your back, you still always have the power to love yourself, the things you're into and the things you do. Self love is an important tool, don't forget it.

There's only so much I can say about a voiceless, masked figure that exists in a retro-futuristic world, so I figured why not get a little more personal with this release? Why not spend the energy I usually do making something revolved around a lil critter that makes me laugh instead?

I wanted to go in this direction to illustrate that people shouldn't be afraid to love the things that make them unique, even if it may come off strange or unexpected. Maybe just as much because I needed reminded of that, too.

There's a lot to unpack about this project. The bottom line is, this is a concept album where I hung out with one of my favorite cartoon characters for an afternoon and started making a bunch of Jungle with him after finding out he makes it in his free time (I'm sure you know who I mean).
