I feel like BPD isn't talking about on a deeper level enough, and when it is, there is a surface level.

It isn't your fault that you were put through any of that. I hate the dismissal of BPD and its symptoms.

We didn't ask for this trauma, and we sure as fuck didn't ask for THIS.

I just officially got diagnosed last year. And it was lot to want to even ask about exploring it.

It took me over a year just to get approved by my medical provider for stimulants.

mood, but me also being diagnosed with other stuff just adds fucking more to it all 😭
