Children are starving in Gaza. Aid is being blocked. Civilians are being killed. It’s time for Australia to act – not just with words, but with consequences. Australia must sanction Israel, recognise Palestine, halt weapon exports, and demand a permanent ceasefire.

Breaking: Labor just announced its intent to approve Woodside’s gas expansion. Environment Minister Murray Watt has given Woodside 10 days to respond but all signs point to final approval — a move that would make this Labor’s first major climate decision of their second term.

Right now, communities on the NSW coast are underwater while others across the country are deep in drought. Emergency crews have scrambled to rescue people trapped by floodwaters while parts of SA, Victoria, WA and Tasmania face some of the driest conditions on record.
