I've been adding whatever citrus peel I happen to have into the infuser with the tea.
This peel was a few days old and the peppermint overpowered it but I think they'll make a nice combo if I can get more of the orange flavor from the peel.
I'm going to try apples or pears if I rememberto peel 1.
