Perhaps not holding them on a pedestal is a good start. Is amazing how falling out of love of someone can do. Like you still fond to them but they no longer take space in your mind and see things as how they really are.

My feed is ruined. I never bothered to follow certain types of accounts and the moment I liked the photo of a ripped dude it got filled with stuff that would make an victorian era lady of the night blush
