 analysed access to secondary education in Medellín. His multidimensional and relational framework reveals how students’ pathways are shaped by intersecting structural, institutional, and individual factors.

@KevinAdasme
 presented a realist evaluation of school reentry policies in Chile between 2003 and 2023. His study addresses how these policies attempt to repair educational trajectories and respond to rising dropout rates amid structural exclusion.

@PaulaArboix 
explored how students' emotional relationship with learning is shaped by social context. Her thesis introduces the notion of “taste for learning” to understand symbolic distinctions and educational identities.

@WilliamsTapia shared findings from a mixed-methods study on science teaching styles in urban Peruvian schools. His work identifies key factors—such as teacher training, resources, and teacher autonomy—that influence the implementation of educational approaches beyond style-based dichotomies.

 presented the conceptual framework of her thesis on student wellbeing in Madrid's secondary schools. She investigates how educational inequalities shape students' emotional experiences and connection to learning.

 analysed the experiences of LGBTIQA+ students in Catalonia. Her research maps discomfort and resistance within school spaces, challenging simplistic narratives and foregrounding spatial and emotional inequalities.

presented the initial stage of his research on educational inequalities in Rapa Nui. Using an intersectional lens, his study revisits the tension between cultural assimilation and community resistance from 1939 to 1988.

@mlopezleavy.bsky.social examined the evolution of national large-scale assessments in Latin America. Her analysis of the instrument calibrations’ reveals how feedback loops and effects shape the policy endurance or change.

@laaraperez.bsky.social presented initial findings from her research on innovative financing mechanisms for education in West Africa. Her work explores emerging approaches and reflects on their implications for education systems in those contexts.

@DelfinaCampetella
 introduced her research on educational bureaucracies in Latin America, exploring how subnational regimes influence quality assurance reforms. Her work unpacks the institutional and political dynamics shaping policy capacity.

@gepsuab.bsky.social concluded the academic year with the celebration of the Phd Conference. A one-day event where the PhD fellows presented their research and engaged in insightful discussions with professors and peers. An enriching space for learning, sharing and community-building.
