I did not expect to come out of a therapy session today with the realization that I am, to a certain extent, morally obligated to share my story about specific life events with others so that they can make better informed decisions.

I dislike when a textbook refuses to use singular they/them because then I feel obligated to put phrases like "himself or herself" in my notes, which makes my notes take longer to write down.
