Get the zinsser tiger scoring tool. It makes lots for scores in the wallpaper so the dif solution can work it's magic. Good luck with it

Theres a product called zinsser DIF that will take off woodchip. Im a decorator and I've had many heartbreaking days stripping off woodchip. You'll have arms like Popeye after it lol
