The second double-issue of Geologica Belgica in 2024 is completed and published! The 4 papers of the thematic Vol 27(3-4) review and revise the #Devonian lithostratigraphy of #Belgium - lot's of cool fossils 🐚, certainly more than "just" #trilobites!

🚨New paper!🚨 André et al. use #diatoms and #pollen to reconstruct tidal channels of the #Zwin estuary. These channels connected small harbours in the Middle Ages, while today the harbours are landlocked on the Belgian coastal plain. #OpenAccess
