I found this link and the closest match was "Pay voluntary Class 3 National Insurance — by post". Having contacted them on 13/3/25, it returned 28th August (when we are on holiday)!

Only 12 hours out in Moraira. Internet rapidly became unusable so relied on texts from son in UK until the phones died, but water remained on.
Long enough for me to repurpose my custom off-grid solar pool supply (with brand new LiFePO4 batteries) to run the fridge… and make the odd cup of espresso.

Only 12 hours out in Moraira. Internet rapidly became unusable so relied on texts from son in UK until the phones died, but water remained on.
