Who cures their CPTSD on 6 visits a year? No one, I studied Psychology in college for a year before I discovered how long it takes for a person to heal. It takes years of weekly talk therapy for a neurotypical person to work through simple problems. It takes DECADES, for the neurodivergent. 3/4

My insurance pays for 6 therapy visits a year and they don't distinguish between mental or physical therapy. It's 6 therapy visits a year 2/4
