Titan doesn't slow the game down.
*Galaxy Stop* doesn't slow the game down.
The only slowdown I have experienced in casting is choosing how I'm using Arithmetick

One of my favorite generics is a Chemist with Arithmeticks. With a gun, items, and math she's a great utility player with huge coverage. Once I unlock teleport she won't even have to walk as she problem-solves.

I got this down to 5:35!
Had to cut our thoughts on 4th Edition D&D, amongst other things
