I've never gotten transphobic vibes from the game whatsoever. Claire and Jago are confirmed trans characters and you can sort of make a trans character(you can have a female body and male genitalia and vice versa, also male body with femme voice and vice versa).

If they still want V to be the protag, the coolest way to start the game would be to pick up where all the endings left off. So maybe those who chose The Sun ending will be able to enter the Crystal Palace and complete a heist.

There is violence, but you can put 'non-lethal' mods on your guns and melee weapons.
