Irish Kiwi living in Ōtautahi. Nerdy lefty AuDHD; owns many fountain pens, hammocks, and boxes of craft supplies. Sometimes uses them.

Ordained minister of the Universal Life Church purely for the gender-neutral title of Reverend.
I've seen young adults do a variation on this at a campsite where they clearly had nothing to cook with but one saucepan and a fork between them, but even then it was barely forgiveable and it certainly didn't look like anything you'd eat if you weren't actually starving.

I clicked on the hand but that was not what it wanted.

Yes, that is probably what it was. I do not read "icon" and think "scribble" so I hit Skip and it gave me something with a balls and a ball-shaped blob instead.

Makes me wish I liked beer so I could grab some 😍

Why did this instantly get my hackles up.

As an Irish Protestant brought up in evangelical Christiantity I've got very conflicted feelings about religious buildings...

Wow, that is terrifying. Rey did an amazing job.

I had to look at my Garmin log to figure this out but it is Spirit Lake. I have photos of myself there taken by an Australian teenager with Ross-from-Friends white teeth. I discovered while walking the Kepler that young Australians are REALLY into tooth whitening 😁

I don't know the name but I took it at a viewing point somewhere on the Kepler Track last summer so it's down Fiordland way somewhere.

Oooh, I didn't know there would be a movie! I read the book as soon as it came out and then listened to the audiobook on road trips last summer. It's so good.

I had to go through this process once recently and it was PAINFUL, not helped by the NZ Post person not having a clue what the process was, giving me wrong information, and having me fill out the wrong form. Luckily I knew more than she did and was able to fix it before the parcel headed for Éire.

Haha, they are very durable-feeling so I think you have years of indoor skating ahead of you!

Maybe they are—I have never really sought out brandy snaps to eat although I'm sure I've had them in the past. Anyway I can't taste ginger here, for whatever that's worth!

Why did you think it would be ginger? I feel like I'm missing a link here.
