Your WBC results intrigue me as they are only sig. diff in the Black British group for the GRM-corrected analysis. Does this persist after controlling for more PCAs?

Really cool work! I still need to dive in for a deep read, but from first glance, it seems like these methods control for different types to confounding? That the GRM controls for population stratification agnostic to trait to some extent, but the other methods try to get at pleiotropy?
