Today was a nice glass of merlot but no photo as it was too nice so I drank it too quickly... so have a photo of our effort at wallpapering our new kitchen (weird lump was a giant nut? It will be behind the fridge freezer anyway!) #ConfinedCocktails

I suffer from occasional bouts of insomnia that last a few weeks (not helped by my age) so was doing online banking stuff at 4 the other morning...

I was just saying to my 15yo that I'm so looking forward to a couple of years time when I can get the train into London and do this... so nearly at the end of full time parenting...

By 9.15 this morning my youngest had broken my phone charger, eldest spilt half a travel mug of tea all over my car and me whilst parking and then i got in to discover another SAR had been submitted (when we already have 4 currently in the system...). Am drinking a nice Merlot now...

Probably a long term investment that you'll get out a couple of times a year for the next 20 years... depends if you have room to store it really!

Because the UK gov hates basically everyone at this point so its impossible to get in (and EU hates us so its impossible to get out too)

Cat, water and Strictly here. Been a long day hiding from the rain & raising money for 17yo's trip nxt yr. Also finally made it to The Farm yesterday (where college furniture goes to die) and found a microfiche reader & a minute book from 1931-1958 for an alumni society which is a definite win
