Sad. Last @ncc-ccn.gc.ca Bikedays weekend of the year. I hope next year they re-extend the hours 8-4 (at least).
Went for a little out-and-back along the KZM, checked out the Hintonburg Pumping Station and had some hot apple cider at Remic Bistro. Will get one last parkway run in tomorrow morning.

Strava was really bugging out during my trip to Ireland so I want able to map most of my walks. It kept bugging out and then days later try to recover a lost walk when I started a new one.
But this takes the cake!
And I would walk 5000km!

Survived first week of classes. After a month of intense prep work for two new courses, it's very nice to be in space with students (and to actually be on the clock and getting paid).
Excited for the term ahead.

I just printed up a bunch more copies of the Transformative Housing Justice Zine we made this spring. Community members responded to the question "What would housing be like in a world without prisons?" with old school cut and paste colleges.

Overall I think the redesign is fine with a few frustrations and a couple safety red flags.
I stopped to take a picture of the freshly painted stop line on Hinchey when a car rolled right past it to stop fully blocking the pedestrian xing (To be generous, the pedestrian crossing isn't painted yet)

Grandma's sewing box reunited with Pépère's toolbox after 25 years. 🥰 It needs a little TLC but a quick scrub already looking good.
Grandma just celebrated her 93rd birthday but moved into LTC a little while ago. My grandfather left me his toolbox when he passed just over 25 years ago.

Bonus: I didn't realize I'd be able to see the fireworks from my apartment! We weren't home in time last year.
I used to have a great view from my old apartment in Centretown when they were on the Hill. It was one of the things I was sad to leave behind.
