Oh, and all the houses in my quickly gentrifying, historically black neighborhood are selling for $1million and up. 😐 Except the teardown house which is selling for $610k.

Every so often I think I'm middle class cuz I make $32.64/hr...then I remember that I still qualify to live in low income house in Seattle.😐

About 15 years ago I'd made a goal to make $40k cuz I felt that was a decent amount to make my bills comfortably. Ha!

We're on bullet train to destruction.

My dad would protest bomb making at our naval sub bases after he left the military. I'm sad that he has passed, but also this stuff would be breaking his heart.

When my dad was in the Navy (submarines) during Vietnam, he said there were people in charge that should not be in charge of morally important responsibilities in regards to orders like this. Part of the reason he opted to leave at 12 years instead of staying for early retirement.

They sure "owned" us by making themselves look unappealing as human beings.

I guarantee you if Musk took Grok to a party with people his own age, assuming he gets invited to parties, they'd quickly ask him to leave the moment he pulled out Grok. But the biggest devastator would be a human being telling him to use his "genius brain" to come up with something on his own.
November 24, 2025 at 3:46 PM
But if you wrote that with Grok then apparently that'd be okay.

The biggest vulgar and sick joke is that they're both still alive.
November 24, 2025 at 3:26 PM
But...he said he likes free speech!
November 24, 2025 at 3:24 PM
Also, I just looked at your profile description and I swear...you already wrote your own roast. 😂😂😂
November 24, 2025 at 3:22 PM
Humans can write hilarious roasts, my dude. They've been doing it since Shakespeare. And probably before that. Has nothing to do with a sense of humor. It has to do with the source.
November 24, 2025 at 3:21 PM
I don't think that's the Botox.
November 24, 2025 at 3:19 PM
Forget Skynet dropping bombs on civilization, were gunna be taken out by...*checks notes*... getting roasted at parties?
November 24, 2025 at 3:17 PM
Oof. What a wild and incorrect take.

Still doesn't change the fact that there's Americans who are influenced by these Russian assets. This info won't change their minds because they will always want to be right & that means they will say "I've always had these thoughts". Russian assets know how to rile up hate from cognitive biases.

They also recruit a LOT in poor & low education areas. They promise "college education" & "bonuses" so they have these carrots dangling out there to risk life and limb to get out of rough areas. They create a fear of having to return to their past lives which are often filled with trauma & scarcity.

Wow. That's a ridiculously high barrier for someone who already is struggling with housing. A large amount of folks dealing with addiction, PTSD, developmental disabilities, or physical disabilities (or a combo) will be excluded. What an incredibly cruel proposal.

Smells like Johnathan Cho.
November 20, 2025 at 2:31 AM
Oh, and that didn't include the price of parking in a high car prowl area. That was extra.
November 19, 2025 at 6:35 PM
Clearly the MFTE program was a tax shelter that doesn't benefit low and middle income folks. I tried to get a unit and it required 3x the $2400 rent price in income. That's over $86k a year! That was about a year and a half ago. It's probably more now. Meanwhile I get a wimpy 1.2% wage increase.
November 19, 2025 at 6:35 PM
Hot take. Maybe we should be taxing the rich locally for these programs. And remove their protections from accountability when they put their thumbs on the scale to push people out of their homes and neighborhoods through large scale, for profit, conglomerate property ownership.

I sure am glad that I have physical media and my art. It's pretty nice to have something to do when the digital world regularly collapses.
