It’s been a minute and I don’t know if I ever did an #intro. I’m Dom, a #maker in SoCal. I can be found at a number of events like RRFs & many #MakerFaire events including the one I help organize, Maker Faire Orange County. I’m a #3DP enthusiast and also started 3DPOC, a monthly meetup here in OC.
While everyone else loves the cloud, I got tired of using random ad filled websites to generate animated GIFs so I #vibecoded a cross platform app to do it locally. I can make new & edit existing GIFs & even extract individual frames! github.com/geektoybox/A... #OpenSource #gif #python #ai

I grew up in rural Oregon, hearing about how “scary” Portland is. I took a winding road, visiting many times, finally making Portland my home 10 years ago. I’m downtown 5 days a week and the only war in Portland I guarantee has been manufactured in the minds of people who won’t ask or don’t listen.
