The battlefield does not always witness linear evolution, developing frontline conditions may require time-honored solutions. Sagarmatha [G] Types have been approved for rollout.

Will Dicta Striker actually do something this week? No, she'll continue to just stand there and aura farm.

(Also hello again Blacky Ale I've missed you)

Our protagonist contains multitudes.

Fucking wild ass couple of episodes I missed while I was in Japan. Faithfully adapting their real careers has made CG a lot less formulaic than most sports anime in a way I really enjoy. It's cool watching the show try to win you over with the other competitors.

She's so small, but she has so much aura...

Now that I've unpacked I can post the japan haul. Ironically, the injection machine kit is the only thing I bought from the Gundam Base. It was a coinflip between Tamamo Cross or Liger Tail but in the end I decided to go with the Osakan, in honor of the city that showed me the best time in Japan.

That's a wrap on japan. Had a wonderful time, definitely learned a lot for next time. There definitely has to be a next time.

Gotta hand it to Kansai, Tokyo lowkey kinda mid? Only in comparison to the rest of Japan though. In spite of the crowds, the madness of shibuya station, and my family's maladies, we still made the best of it. There's so much to do, didn't cross off even a third of my tokyo list. I have to come back.

I did it

Hakone leg of the trip was also partially curtailed but it's such a beautiful place you can't really be mad about just chilling all day.

Food situation in kyoto wasn't nearly as fraught as I'd been warned. Yeah Nishiki market is a tourist trap but where else am I going to get 100 yen sake, matcha soft serve, gyoza, and 37 chicken skewers. Special shoutouts to Breakfast Udon Express, some of the best udon I've ever had.

A sudden injury literally kneecapped our kyoto plans. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a bit frustrated, but the city still had plenty to offer and I have a whole list of places I'd love to see next time.

Shoutouts to Temma. Ate in that neighborhood literally every day and it did not miss once.

Osaka was a lot of fun. This being my first time in japan, It felt overwhelming in a lot of ways that I hope I'll be better prepared for next time. An unbelievably charming city.

Bible Club is without a doubt the coolest spot I've been in all of Osaka. What a gem.

Dotonburi is a tourist trap but it's a pretty based one. Basically spent all day in the area and had a great time.

Know I will always rep the grunt set. First non food item purchased in japan. (Pay no heed to the 1/48 Formula featured in hit game Xenoblade Chronicles X in the back)

Mixer brush I think? Change the size of the brush to modify how much you're sampling, alt click to select a section, and then paint with the selected brush. Lower spacing to give it a smooth finish.

In addition to new seasonal anime, I talk about how I can only hope my half-assed f2p Vodka ruined some whale's day.
