No one seems to remember or understand that it was Trump's gross mismanagement of the pandemic that caused the inflation to begin with. It's classic politic cycle: Republicans screw up the economy (see Trump, GWB, GHWB), but there is economic pain when Dems fix it.

I would far rather see her delay, get better known to other areas of Texas, and then whip Ted Cruz's ass into hightailing it back to Cancun. Long game.

Just because Trump uses such language, doesn't mean that we should also, even if quoting. With all of the re-posting on social media, it just normalizes such language.

It was unnecessary for Aaron to use the r-word. Now over 1,000 people in Bluesky have reposted, further normalizing the word. I was clear that I love Aaron's work, but I don't condone ANYONE using that word

Single-payer healthcare would add net about $25,000 per employee now making $100,000/yr to the worker's pocket. They are now paying about $30,000/yr in premiums, deducitbles, co-pays, co-insurance, and employee contributions. Give us a single payer 5% universal plan.

I would concur with this comment. Sure there are hedge funds investing in Build-to-Rent (BTR), however, I don't think that it is as widespread as people think.
