Doctor visit was good today. A1C is down to 4.9 and I’ve lost down to 177 lbs. Got my tetanus shot. Blood drawn and hoping for better cholesterol and triglycerides numbers.

Meant to post this earlier, but we’ve been in a freeze and I haven’t thought about it. I made a steamed pudding and homemade whipped cream! It was so good. The yellow sauce was an included topping. That wasn’t the whipped cream.

Thankfully, we still have power. The weather map currently shows that we are supposed to be getting heavy rain around 2pm. I’m good with rain. I currently have a white porch from all the ice/sleet.

Seems I did a bit of writing when I came into the room early this morning. It was a good night. Closed down the bar. Haven’t done that in a minute. It’s always a good night when you can say that a peen saw your open hand and laid down on it. With sparkles!
