Great idea!

Just buy half a dozen sous vide machines!

I can't figure out the motives for people like RFK.

Is it genuine (deluded) ideology?
Greed?
Deliberate seeding of disinformation (following the Russian playbook of spycraft)?
Or genuine malice, a desire to actually cull populations for profit (tin foil hat time I know!)?

Evil, it sure is.

😂 - and 100% on the money.

"Let's allow a suspicious data harvesting company named after, checks notes, a corrupting magical artefact owned by an actual evil Dark Lord from literature, to have unfettered access to the nation's most sensitive information"

What could go wrong?

Do you think "Call me Wes" realises that if even 20% of GP practices leave the NHS

There will be no NHS?

Absolutely. I'm glad the BMA have now started to shout a bit more about these aspects

The pay is important, but I'd argue for this motion access to training posts (so the country's actually has senior clinicians in a decade) and improved working conditions (simple things most take for granted, like knowing what job or where you will be working the next month), are the key issues.

And I for one have no interest in working for a large private provider ...

Been there, done that ( no names named) .... never again.

It's patently clear "Call me Wes" is hell bent on dismantling the partnership model.

I believe he is far more of a threat to the current model of GP than the Tories were - they were blithe and incompetent with the vague aim of closing GP - he seems to have a clear agenda and plan to do so.

Utter madness, and I am so sorry.
The NHS has far fewer managerial staff per capita than most organisations of a similar size and complexity.

This race to the bottom will worsen conditions and morale for those left, and will be very expensive.

I would argue more that money attracts the corruptible
