Of the weight I lost a load went off my face, which I'm kinda mad at as I quite liked having a chubby face 🤷‍♂️ Still, treat yourself to a new strap - it's for good reasons and you've clearly worked hard to get to where you are.

(Also congrats 🙂)

I've noticed this, I'm right at the bottom end of my Watch straps now. Might look into being able to put a bit of weight back specifically on my wrist 😅

Happy Birthday Tim! Welcome to your 40s. They're not so bad, trust me. Just drink more tea and look after your knees. Have a great day 🥳

I like Joseph Joseph stuff but beyond the price can never get over how it always looks the most aesthetically pleasing but never *quite* does as much as the cheaper stuff does.

The kids weren't wrong.

Saw the trailer last night for the Disney+ re-release of The Beatles Anthology series. It began with "30 years ago" and I felt okay, until I realised that they meant that the 90s documentary they were re-releasing was 30 years ago. Everything hurts.

Oh, yes. A cup of tea is always a good excuse, and being up north I think everyone just accepts that you can't rush it. Sadly can't make the brewing process last the full duration of a call however ☹️

Have also been known to do that 🙈

(Would happily hire you boasting that skillset alone however. You can start my Teams calls for me. Thanks.)

Nothing is as awkward as the small talk on Teams calls before everyone arrives. I tend to just leave the call, wait a few minutes and then rejoin.

Was also reminded that I skipped the garage one as it was fucking awful. Had blocked it clean from my consciousness. Maybe I can give my autism a day off with these from now on.

What was it that you didn't like about the Tudor Corner? Aesthetically it might be one of my favourites, although you really notice how small they're making the footprints of the buildings to cut back on costs.

Lego built over the weekend and I'm back on it, currently wondering how much force it would take to bite off my own finger.

Like, Toy Story, but with a 3Dfx card 🙌

It doesn't really work in this context but I want to tell you to get on with it and to stop being so oblique 😉

I remain convinced that nobody outside of Cupertino uses focus modes and I'm willing to give cold hard cash to anyone who can prove otherwise.

Agh, that's very true. The older I get the more that song hits in the feels. I'm just a horrible person.

It's an awful set; a weak entry in the modular theme and a model that's somehow both gaudy and also quite dull once you get past the indulgent building techniques. I only have it because I worry I'll implode if I miss a set in the series. Like the bus in Speed or something.

All I can think of are the plastic Barrel of Monkeys monkeys that pop up in Toy Story. Looking for a picture I'd forgotten how antagonistic they are. Feels about right.

It was the Diner. I hate it anyway.
