Again, we don't know the exact circumstances or how much that verse is accusatory of Lilith. They both clearly still love her and want her back; I doubt it would be like that if they blamed her for their fallout. Lilith yet has to speak for herself.

What I can say is that we see a very disfunctional dynamics in which both, the father and the daughter, show varying levels of caralessness, self-absorbedness and impulsivity so blind that it makes them look stupid.

As we said, we don't know any of that. We don't know how involved Lucifer was in Charlie's upbringing, or how long ago the separation took place. Charlie was old enough to remember it because she mentions it in S1.

At any case, leaving Frank alive and returning him home AFTER the spying was a risky move. He could have blabbed it anywhere and Al's leverage would be lost.

Good thing Alastor didn't omlette them the second Vaggie lost sight of him but kept his word to be humane and treated them like a bunch of small kids in his charge, to the point of giving them a nonsensical task to keep them occupied, but in a way that made them feel important.

We got plenty of hints showing Al loves Niffty genuinely. The roach crown he kept (the only personal belonging besides booze&cigs we saw he keeps), he stopped the fight when Val had her at gunpoint, they are paired in merch a lot. Something will come out of it all.
